June 5, 2007 Mexico City, Mexico: A tiger and lion kept in small cages on a store rooftop fatally attacked their caretaker. Mexico City police say the man was feeding them when the felines swatted at the man's legs and pulled him down. The tiger died from complications due to sedation and shoving a block of wood in his mouth. The 56 year old owner had raised the cats from cubs and kept them on the roof of his meat packing plant.
