On the map pages you can zoom in, select the hybrid map to see that most of the Class I animals are in residential neighborhoods, and you can also see that most of the out of state addresses, which often sound like ranches or "facilities" are the same...just someone's back yard. If you click on the dots you can see a pop up window that gives you the name of the permitee and their address.  Addresses from 2006.

* the ones with out of state locations are the most troubling as it is clear from satellite images that most of these are not legitimate facilities and thus only serve as a way to make the animal disappear. It is of interest that not one of these people has three addresses, in order to have some national coverage. Only 1 out of state address is necessary for an animal to leave one state on paper and never show up elsewhere. Even USDA does not track movement from state to state if ownership doesn't change so it is the perfect cover for those who want to destroy the animal without letting anyone back home know what they did.
